  • Prior to Arka Equity, Nupur worked in Corporate Strategy, Sales Strategy, Partnerships, and Marketing across a variety of companies, including: TikTok, Netflix, and Viacom. Nupur also founded multiple startups across tech, media, and real estate. He started his career as an Investment Banking Analyst at Jefferies and Houlihan Lokey.

  • Nupur obtained his MBA from Harvard Business School and BS in Industrial & Systems Engineering from Georgia Tech.

  • Nupur has lived in every corner of the continental United States, including Orlando, Atlanta, NYC, Boston, Portland Oregon, and Los Angeles. He enjoys live music, gaming, traveling, and going on hikes with his wife and daughter.

  • Prior to Arka Equity, Harshil worked on the investment team at Tenex Capital Management, a $3 billion operationally-oriented private equity fund in New York. He also worked closely with management teams to identify and implement key strategic initiatives.

    Select transactions include:

    - Acquisition and sale of Wolf Home Products, a leading supplier of kitchen cabinets and building products, to PrimeSource Brands

    - Sale of Team Select Home Care, a national leader in long-term adult and pediatric private duty nursing and home health, to Court Square Capital Partners

    - Acquisition of JTM Foods, a national leader in the handheld snack pie category

    - Sale of SES, a leader in spray polyurethane foam (SPF) insulation solutions, to Holcim

    Harshil started his career in Wells Fargo Securities’ Industrials Investment Banking team.

  • Harshil obtained his BS in Industrial & Systems Engineering from University of Florida.

  • Harshil is an avid car enthusiast and Florida Gator fan and loves all things Italian. He’s lived in NYC and Charlotte but now resides in Florida near his family.
